Early in the morning, as the night turned into day

1. Early in the morning, as the night turned into day, Mary went to the grave of Jesus to see if He was there. Then an angel came from heaven and he rolled the stone away, He is risen, said the angel, see the place where He lay!

Chorus : He's alive, He’s alive! He is risen as He said! King of kings, Lord of lords! He's the firstborn from the dead! O death where is thy sting, O grave where is thy victory? Jesus is alive for evermore!
